From May 6th to 9th 2025 General Atomics AeroTec Systems made their first trade fair appearance this year DEFEA took place in Athens, Greece. DEFEA is a high-profile international defence exhibition where international companies present land, naval, aerospace, national and cyber security defence systems.
Eventful days with interesting meetings
We were one of 436 exhibitors from a total of over 37 countries. The event was very well attended with lots of interested visitors. Exciting conversations about our work and services as well as about the Do228 NXT – the versatile multirole aircraft – were held. Also, we could establish valuable contacts next to meeting Friends and Partners and lay the groundwork for future activities in Greece.
High attendance at the GA-ATS booth
It was a great pleasure and special honor to welcome the Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany in Greece, H.E. Mr. Andreas Kindl and the German Defense Attaché, Colonel Janus Kaschta at our booth. They have informed themselves about the improvements for the Do228 NXT – the next generation of the well-known Do228. With the rapidly advancing production, the German aircraft manufacturer General Atomics AeroTec Systems is on the verge of the Do228 NXT launch soon.
International trade fair tour continues
In just a couple of days General Atomics AeroTec Systems will be attending the next international trade fair: LIMA (International Maritime and Aerospace Exhibition) in Malaysia. In June our tour continues to Paris, where the 55th International Air Show takes place. Together with our US affiliated companies from General Atomics we will attend the most important trade fair in the aerospace industry. We look forward to the upcoming events and hope to welcome many visitors to our booths.
