Type training is a special training course in aviation industry that prepares pilots, maintenance and technical personnel for a specific aircraft type. As the manufacturer (OEM) of the Do228 and EASA Part-147 Training Organization, General Atomics AeroTec Systems offers type training for the aircraft. The aim of the type training is to provide participants with the necessary knowledge and practical skills to work or fly safely with a Do228. Upon completion you will receive a Do228 type rating. Technicians can be trained for the Do228 up to B1/B2 level.
